Miles: Live/Evil

I've been going thru a pretty serious Miles Davis phase as of late. I've been obsessively listening to his incredible fusion double album from 1970, "Live/Evil". If you're looking for something amazing and challenging musically, if you're looking to have your head split in two with an intensely bizarre sonic assault, I would highly recommend checking it out. Coincidentally, my buddy Nelson George (writer/filmmaker/hip hop historian) is doing a play in NY about Miles, with Q-Tip playing the lead. Nelson is using this piece I did for the cover of the program booklet.

Have you checked out Miles Davis at Fillmore: Live at the Fillmore East? Same time period, same band, same level of badass.
