Huddleston/Mahfood Sketchbook

Me and my homeboy Mike Huddleston (www.mikehuddleston.blogspot.com) are doing a collaborative sketchbook together. Mike started it out (images above) then he pops it in the mail, I add my stuff to these pages, do some new pages of my own that he can rock on, then mail it back. 8-Bit Recap

Wow. Last night's I Am 8-Bit art show was the best art opening I've been to in the last two years. Fucking crazy! There was a line wrapped around the block all night to get in, everyone got faded drinking my free Colt cans, and hot girls in their underwear played arcade games. Amen.

R.I.P Isaac Hayes

I've been listening to his music all day. What a genius. If you don't own it, immediately go out and pick up "Isaac Hayes: Double Feature". It's the soundtracks to the 70's films "Truck Turner" and "Three Tough Guys". Brilliant stuff. Pure funk and soul. And of course, the soundtrack to "Shaft", which is bananas. Not to mention "Hot Buttered Soul" and "Black Moses". He was one of the greats, for sure.

MTV/Spike Murals
